About Crewdar
Built by two people who wanted yacht recruitment to be trusted.
CEO & Co-Founder
Fiona Grey
Fiona is the CEO and co-founder of Crewdar. She spent several years as interior crew in yachting, starting as a junior Stewardess on the 47m Amels M/Y 4YOU through a busy back-to-back charter season, before joining the 69m Feadship M/Y Amadeus in an interior team of six between Barcelona and Monaco from 2012 to 2013. She later returned as sole deck/stew on a 28m Jongert in Palma.
Before yachting, Fiona spent five years in corporate facilities management in Australia, coordinating commercial and retail property portfolios for KPMG, Challenger, Merrill Lynch and Insurance Australia Group — where she managed a national portfolio of more than 140 properties. She began her career in the fashion industry with Globe International.

Johnny Wilkinson
Johnny is a serial technology entrepreneur who has founded, built and sold multiple AI SaaS companies across hospitality, sport, retail, logistics and recruitment — as well as high-performance AV hardware for the home-cinema market.
He read law at Cambridge and started his first technology company at 20, pairing deep engineering with a sharp commercial instinct for where technology can transform an industry. At Crewdar he leads the technical and product direction, applying machine learning across crew matching, verification and insights to make trusted, MLC-compliant hiring the standard in yachting.
