Crew never pay. Ever.
Crewdar earns from vessels and providers — never from crew. No fees, no subscriptions, no catch. In keeping with the MLC, seafarers are never charged, so building your career here always costs you nothing.
Roles come to you.
Crewdar matches you to relevant roles and ranks them by fit, then notifies you the instant one lands. No job boards, no scrolling, no cold applications — the right jobs simply arrive.
No ghost jobs.
Every job and every recruiter is identity-verified. No scams, no time-wasters, no dead listings — just genuine roles from genuine people.
Seen only when you choose.
Your profile is private. Nobody can browse the platform or look you up — a recruiter only sees you once you register interest in their role. And you're notified every time your profile is viewed or shortlisted, so you always know exactly who's looking.
Know your gaps.
See exactly what each role needs and how to strengthen your profile before you're put forward — with real-time insights on where you stand.
Matched on merit, never money.
Your ranking is earned — how well you fit the role, and nothing else. You can't pay to jump the queue here, and neither can anyone else. The strongest match comes first, every time.
Your tickets, tracked.
Crewdar keeps every qualification's expiry date on file and reminds you before anything lapses — so you're never caught out by an expired certificate at the worst moment.
You're more than a CV.
Add as many photos, videos, documents and links as you like, free of charge. A short video conveys more personality than a CV ever could.
